Welcome to the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal Student Editorial Board’s homepage! My name is Phil and I am proud to serve as the Editor in Chief for the upcoming 2022-23 year.

Our mission is to support the Real Property, Trust and Estate section of the ABA by consistently applying its high standard throughout the editing process, to articles submitted by talented professionals across the country. To help us reach that goal, we have a bright and dedicated 3L Editorial Board, ready to lead the way. We also welcomed 23 new second-year staff, who are motivated and ready to begin reviewing articles.

As Editor in Chief of the student section, I am proud to oversee such committed students and I look forward to being involved in the editing process as they develop a flawless publication this year.
